Free for small users

You may use these assets for free, in any project — personal or commercial — if you are a small user: an individual, or an organization that, together with its affiliates, has all of:

• fewer than 100 people,
• under US $1,000,000 in annual gross revenue, and
• under US $1,000,000 in total outside funding raised.

As a small user you may:

• Use the assets in any project, including commercial games you sell.
• Modify, remix, and combine them with your own work.
• Ship them inside your game or app, on any platform, forever.

No attribution required. A link back to niua.ohao.tech is appreciated, never demanded.

Studios & enterprises

If you cross any of those thresholds, you have the resources to support the work — a commercial license is required before you use these assets. Reach out at [email protected] and we’ll sort it quickly.

Both tiers — please don’t

• Resell or redistribute the assets on their own — as an asset pack, on an asset marketplace, or a standalone download. Use them in your work; don’t repackage them as the product.
• Imply NIUA endorses or is affiliated with your project.
